Risotto alle Pescatore, Linguine dello Scoglio, Branzino al Sale, Sogliola alla Mugnaia, Ossobucco di Vitello and Nodino di Vitello alla Parmigiana are some of the specialities on the menu. A frequently changing 'Chef’s recommendations' menu features delicacies and seasonal dishes. Ask for our creamy burrata!

Hostaria da’ Vittorio has the exterior architecture of a typical old Aruban house, but once you enter our doors, you will feel just like you are in Italy.

The main dining room is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the performance of the professional chefs from our innovative open kitchen. This room is excellent for large groups and is located right in the heart of the restaurant, close to the bar, kitchen, emergency exits, facilities and entrance.

For a quieter dinner, Hostaria da’ Vittorio also has a glass-enclosed porch, which overlooks our terrace. With such a variable set up and taking advantage of this Caribbean weather, we also offer open air dinner. This “Piazza” has a gorgeous layout, just like the piazzas in Italy, with a beautiful surrounding landscape, a typical fountain and the incomparable Caribbean breeze. This terrace is perfect for cocktail parties, large groups, especially for families with kids or young people.
