Iguana Joe's is located in the iconic Royal Plaza Mall on the main boulevard running through Oranjestad. The seven-page menu, with Surf ‘n Turf being the only item over $20, features the top-selling Igua-na-chos, which are well worth a try.

Other classics are coconut battered shrimp, keshi yena (a traditional Aruban dish featuring stuffed Gouda cheese), Caribbean jerk chicken and Argentinian filet mignon as well as half-pound USDA Black Angus beef burgers.
