Made right in front of you on a special hand-beaten solid copper cooking plate. Poffertjes are traditional Dutch fluffy, mini pancakes served with lashings of melted butter and powdered sugar.

Poffertjes are scrumptiously delicious as is, but can also be enjoyed with a multitude of delicious toppings. And with the crowd favorite: “Kira’s Secret Sauce”. A homemade caramel sauce created by our daughter.
