Located at Blue Residences, offering sweeping ocean views from Mirador and overlooking the pool, The Kitchen Table is a unique dining experience, offered by Aruban chef Urvin Croes and his team.

The Kitchen Table features an Aruban-Caribbean inspired dinner menu in a very exclusive setting, with only 16 comfortable seats surrounding a U-shaped dining table. Your culinary feast will start at Mirador, watching the sunset while savouring the first two courses with an accompanying cocktail.

Chef Urvin Croes is known for his tasty menu creations and fabulous food presentations, earning him fame both in Aruba and abroad. He always tries to incorporate many local products and flavours into his contemporary dishes, that offer a feast for both the eyes as well as the palate.
