Tranquilo Sailing was founded by Capt. Mike Hagedoorn, whose passion for sailing was legendary. So he started taking guests out sailing on the Tranquilo. 20 years later, Capt. Anthony, his son, took the helm.
The name of our 43-foot sailing yacht echoes the tranquility we offer you during our scenic cruises. Our sailing trip to Spanish Lagoon is off the beaten path and we offer the unique experience of drift snorkelling. On our cruises we pass secluded areas, home to pelican nests, flamingos and more.
Our yacht features a large sun deck to lounge on and a comfortable cockpit with a hard top cover for that all-important shade.
On our snorkelling trip to the south side we offer drift snorkelling, where you simply float along with the current above the coral reef teeming with tropical fish. Other choices are a lunch cruise, featuring our home-made pea soup, a dinner sail, or any private sailing trip.
