Depending on what it is your are looking for, Aruba offers distinct locations with speciality shops. Want to shop in Aruba for duty free jewellery, diamonds and pearls? Then the district surrounding the cruise terminal and the main bus terminal in Oranjestad is your destination.

Unique arts and crafts, varying from Murano glass and ceramics created according to the ancient Italian art to handcrafted Mopa Mopa art and Cuban cigars, can be found in Aruban boutique stores at shopping centres such as the Royal Plaza Mall and Paseo Herencia.

Authentic local arts and crafts that carry Aruba's SEYO certification, the national seal of craftsmanship, are for sale at Cosecha with designer stores in both Oranjestad and San Nicolas. Colourful souvenirs with Aruba messaging on them can be found at flea markets and stands surrounding the cruise and bus terminals in Oranjestad and along Palm Beach are mostly 'made in Taiwan' or other places. These are not typically Aruban or handcrafted on our island.

For luxury goods, word-class fashion brands and high-end shopping, the Renaissance shopping centre is the place to be. Here you will also find shops specialising in beachwear and best-fitting bathing suits. Branded speciality stores are also found at the Palm Beach Plaza shopping centre.

Culinary specialities can be obtained at larger supermarkets such as Ling & Sons and Superfood, which carry the broadest selection of world cuisine items and spices.

Speciality gift shops are mostly found in the Palm Beach area and at shops inside larger hotels.
