Why play golf in Aruba?

Does your ideal vacation involve putts, lags, and eagles? Are you on your happiest when swinging a golf club? Then you are in for some good news. Aruba is one of the best Caribbean islands for golf. Combine perfect weather and relaxation with pure joy on our golf courses.

What you should know about golf in Aruba

There are two fantastic golf courses in Aruba, which makes it a very attractive golf destination.

At the northern tip of the island, you’ll find Tierra Del Sol Resort & Golf, boasting an 18-hole PGA-approved gem designed by the renowned Robert Trent Jones II. Tierra Del Sol has sweeping panoramic ocean views and spectacular desert scenery at every hole. It’s no wonder it was given a Place To Play rating of 4.5 stars by Golf Digest.

The Links at Divi Aruba is a lush, nine-hole course nestled between the luxury vacation villas at the Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort. Designed by Litten & Viola, The Links offers beautifully manicured fairways surrounded by indigenous vegetation for a truly unique Caribbean golf setting. It is open to the public, with preferred tee times for Divi Resort guests.

Why is Aruba the best Caribbean island for golf?

The perfect way to end your day on the course? Unwind with a sports massage or another pampering treatment at either of the above resorts’ full-service spas or simply stretch out on one of our world-famous beaches for a little post-golf R&R.

Aruba’s spectacular golf courses, stunning scenery, perfect weather, and luxury resorts make it the Caribbean’s best golf destination.

Golfing in Aruba means golfing in the most perfect setting. When swinging your golf club, you might spot green parakeets or a lizard. On both golf courses, Tierra Del Sol and The Links, wildlife and sportsmen coexist peacefully. When the two golf courses were designed, not only did the designers respect nature, they left plenty of space for the local wildlife to roam around. This results in a scenery you won’t find somewhere else. Wild burros graze, owls nestle in caves, salamanders rest in the sun. What’s not to like about a view like that?

Try the 18-hole, par 71 course at Tierra del Sol or find your luck at the 9-hole course at The Links. Both are perfect for both amateurs and advanced players, making Aruba the best golf destination for players of all levels.

We hope to welcome you soon for some relaxing and golf in Aruba.
