Surfside Beach

Just a 2-minute drive from the airport or a 20-minute walk from vibrant downtown Oranjestad, Surfside Beach is still considered a hidden gem for many tourists. Surfside Beach is also home to Reflexions Beach Club which offers a pool, lounge chairs, and refreshing drinks. Enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world while majestic cruise ships and local fisherman sail by the shore. Located right next to Reflexions Beach is the Barefoot Restaurant and Pinchos Grill & Bar, both also romantic options for beachfront dining.

Arashi Beach

Located in the southeast coast of Aruba in the small town of Pos Chiquito, Mangel Halto’s shallow crystal clear waters surrounded by a rich network of mangroves offer the perfect location for snorkeling. Walk out to the edge of the reef where it plunges to the depths of 110 feet, the perfect diving spot for scuba divers to explore where the octopi, morays and colorful fish abound. This area is perfect for families to hang out while enjoying a great picnic on the powdery white sands.

Renaissance Private Island (Flamingo Beach)

This exclusive oasis offers guests two beaches, the family-friendly “Iguana Beach” and the adults-only “Flamingo Beach”. Secluded between mangroves and palm trees, the Flamingo Beach offers quietness and spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea while the flamingos strolling along the shoreline scavenging for selfies with you. The Iguana Beach offers safe surroundings, and enough shade to protect the little ones from the hot Caribbean sun. The Renaissance Island is accessible by a short shuttle boat ride from both the Renaissance Marina Resort and the Renaissance Ocean Suites in Oranjestad. Malmok Beach

Malmok Beach is a rocky strip interrupted by little bays of white sand. Also known to be one of the world premier spots for kite- and windsurfing and is home to the annual Aruba Hi-Winds. Malmok’s rugged coastline offers the perfect spot for snorkeling. Just off the coast of Malmok lies the famous shipwreck Antillas, also one of the most popular scuba diving and snorkeling sites in Aruba.

Boca Keto

The most secluded and remote beach on our top 10 list is Boca Keto, and this beach is definitely worth the effort and the bumpy ride. Boca Keto is one of the island’s most beautiful bays. In the middle it has a giant rock locals call “Moro” or “Small Aruba” because of its oddly identical shape to Aruba’s coastline. This beach is popular with many surfers and bodyboarders for its constant stream of waves. The Natural Pool is also just a hop, skip and jump away. Boca Keto is located in the Arikok National Park and accessible by horseback, mountain bike or all-terrain vehicle and it is surely one of Aruba’s most stunning hidden treasures.

Dos Playa

Dos Playa translated from Papiamento means “Two Beaches” and that is exactly what it is. Dos Playa is a pair of bordering coves and THE top surfing spot for many local surfers; it hosts international surfing and body boarding events every year. This beach is not for the faint of heart, ONLY experienced surfers and body boarders are recommended to swim here!  However, it does offer a fairly large white sandy beach perfect for sunbathers. Located in the Arikok National Park, Dos Playa is easily accessible by car and the nearby Boca Prins Bar & Restaurant is the perfect spot for taking a well-deserved break from catching those gnarly waves.
