Ban Bek Caya is a dynamic cultural initiative aimed at bringing new life to the historic heart of Oranjestad.
Through music, art, food, and community experiences, the event transforms the main street into a vibrant cultural hub that celebrates Aruba’s identity and creative spirit.
Initiated by the Government of Aruba and led by the Department of Culture with support from the Aruba Tourism Authority, Ban Bek Caya invites locals and visitors alike to rediscover and reconnect with the city center.
The project is currently in pilot phase, with the frequency and duration to be shaped organically in collaboration with the community and stakeholders.
Thanks to the generous support of De Palm Tours and Fofoti Tours, guests staying in both the low-rise and high-rise hotel areas can enjoy free round-trip shuttle service to the event. Pick-up and drop-off will be available at designated locations, making it easy to experience Ban Bek Caya without the hassle of parking or navigating on your own. More info in the flyer below.
