The extensive, set menu consists of many different flavors and the freshest ingredients available. Carte Blanche exclusively seats 16 patrons per evening at a low riding oval-shaped bar in comfortable lounge chairs where everyone can interact with the Chef himself.

Carte Blanche is located at the Bucuti Beach Resort in Eagle Beach, yet will be relocating per Jan '18 to Oranjestad. Carte Blanche does not allow reservations for guests under the age of 21 and/or parties over 4 persons without a $100 deposit per person. Reservations required.
