Sometimes words are unnecessary, but they are not enough either. This is what happens to us when describing a Restaurant as special as Xixón.

From the entrails of the formidable Spanish gastronomy bursts into Miami, whose Cervantine roots still breathe in its social fabric a restaurant that recalls life is the dream of the longed-for Calderón: Xixón Spanish Restaurant founded 20 years ago in a distant 2001, by a pure Asturian woman.

Our Xixón tries to make that difference for a few moments in their lives. Xixón, which is called in Asturian the second most important capital of Asturias, Castilianized Gijón, is located in the heart of refined Coral Gables, on Avda Coral Way; and since November 2021 in Aruba, on Paseo Herencia Mall.

In these 20 years trying to achieve excellence in the preparation of Hispanic cuisine, we have been rewarded for the repeated choice of our demanding clientele and not least, for the gratifying awarding of 9 awards that we highly value and that were a massage to our gastronomic soul and a stimulus to keep improving. The extensive gastronomic offer includes 138 dishes that are divided into tables, hot and cold tapas, paellas, rice dishes, meat and fish, chef’s specialties, the dish of the day, desserts of the most different tastes, with prices also for all tastes and economies, ranging from $ 6 to $ 99, which is what it costs a kilo of beef steak, a culinary wonder.
