Aruba Aloe & Bon Jabon Win Big for Aruba in International Competition

In the month of May 2016, representatives of Aruba Aloe took the Bon Jabon brand to the Handcrafted Soap & Cosmetic Guild's Annual Conference in Tampa, Florida, to promote its new soap brand, Bon Jabon.  During the conference, the supervisor of the Bon Jabon factory, Armando Kelly, along with his Bon Jabon team, participated in the “Soapers' Showcase” competition with a unique soap scent developed specifically for the competition.  The team won first place in the “Melt & Pour Best Scent” category with its signature scent, accomplishing a remarkable achievement on the international stage for Aruba. 

The conference proved highly valuable for Bon Jabon.  According to Marketing Manager Jessica Posner, “We're extremely proud to have won this prestigious award on behalf of Aruba.  Successes like this one are proof to the world that indeed, Aruba is home to some of the best Aloe-based products in the world.”

Bon Jabon products are handmade at the Bon Jabon Factory, located on Main Street in downtown Oranjestad.  Made with the finest ingredients, including 100% Pure Aloe Vera Gel from Aruba, Bon Jabon products adhere to the high standards of Aruba Aloe.  The brand includes several lines of handcrafted bar soaps, including Fruity Soaps and Whimsical Soaps, all of which are vegan, gluten-free, and paraben free.  The brand also offers bath soaks made with sea salt for a spa experience at home, as well as Sugar Scrubs and Salt Scrubs, designed to exfoliate dead skin to reveal the fresh new skin beneath.

Bon Jabon products are available at the Bon Jabon Store, located on the factory premises.  One of the store's walls is made from glass, allowing store visitors to see how Bon Jabon products are made firsthand.  The Bon Jabon Store also invites visitors to sample the different products at two in-store sinks for a fun, interactive experience.
