The importance of living well is emphasized at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino.
The Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino will be rolling out an extensive Wellness program in September supporting its decision to help visitors focus on their wellbeing while on vacation, relaxing and revitalizing their body, mind & soul connection.
Guests on vacation at the resort may participate in abundant free-of-charge activities such as complimentary mini massages offered by eforea spa, daily from 5pm to 6pm, ten minutes of rejuvenating service per guest, granting recipients a 10% discount on treatments the following day.
Eforea spa will be offering special Spa Happy Hours daily from 12 noon to 3pm and from 5pm to 6pm, with treatments at favorable rates.
During Wellness Week, the resort will be organizing free transportation to off-property activities such as hiking in Parke Nacional Arikok and complimentary healthy beverages at demonstrations, during Happy & Healthy bar sessions, at Mira Solo Lobby Bar, with complimentary hors d’oeuvres.
Renowned local personal trainer and fitness guru Rene Wild will be conducting a Nutrition Seminar.
Besides wellness-oriented activities, the resort will be sharing treats such as daily fruit infused water upon arrival from 2pm to 4pm, and the Insta-butler, available throughout the wellness week to take wellness focused pictures at no charge. The Insta-butler may be booked for 30 minutes at no charge between 9am to 5pm.
In an effort to introduce Coola sunscreens, made with natural and organic ingredients, which are eco-conscious, daily sampling will be conducted, at the Coola cart, and different Coola sunscreens tried at the pool from 10am to 11am.
One of the week’s highlight, Cooking Classes with the Executive Chef Matt Boland will introduce Matt’s health-conscious specialties and guests attending the sessions will receive recipe cards with easy to follow instructions for healthy meals at home.
Among Chef’s recipes prepared exhibition style, low fat spinach & artichoke dip with toasted dill pita chips: Light quesadilla, tomato olive tapenade & garlic pita bread; Lowcal green pea guacamole; Lean tuna avocado salad; Smart black bean quinoa salad; Simple corn meal pancakes; Easy grouper, mango-papaya salsa; Carefree muffins and Greek yogurt flan, with menus for the cooking classes varying every day.
