The Mill Resort & Suites Aruba celebrated Housekeeping Week

Last week the hotel sector celebrated one of the most important departments in the hospitality industry - The housekeeping department.

Management of The Mill Resort & Suites celebrated an entire week with their Housekeeping team. According to Human Resources Manager, Mrs. Sonia de Nobrega, The Mill Resort & Suites Aruba organizes different events every year to celebrate the full week in order to give appreciation and recognition to everyone who works in the housekeeping department. The week started with a breakfast with the entire department on Monday morning where the Director Mr. Edmond Karam Jr. together with the General Manager Mrs. Sharitza Vrolijk expressed words of gratitude and recognition to the team.

Wednesday afternoon the entire department was invited to The Mill Restaurant for their “All You Can Eat BBQ theme night” where they had dinner and shared pleasant moments together.

On Friday management closed the week with a Happy Hour and raffled great prizes such as a Weekend Stay and other home and kitchen appliances. Management assured that every employee felt appreciated and went home with a prize.
